Euroflorist started in Denmark in 1957 as Blomstergave and later became part of Euroflorist. Today, we are Europe's largest flower delivery network with our own florist networks in 11 countries and with a strong international collaboration that means we can deliver virtually all over the world.
We use a lot of resources to get to know both our customers and the trends in the market. This means that we can deliver a product that is incredibly popular and where we keep getting new customers every year.
It is also important to us that you, as a florist in our network, have a good experience, which is why we have ongoing thorough evaluations of our stores, where we look at service level, customer feedback and statistics, among other things.
At the same time, we evaluate all applications we receive for the network thoroughly, to ensure that we do not have more stores in an area than we might need.
In this way, we ensure that everyone gets as much out of the collaboration as possible.
Something else that is important to us is feedback from our stores. That is why we continuously collect feedback from the entire network, and of course also listen to the individual wishes and comments we receive on a daily basis.
At Euroflorist, we think that your shop is your own and that you are the best to run it. That's why we don't interfere with the store's interior either. For us, the most important thing is that the store is representative and that our customers are treated in a friendly and professional manner if they visit the store.
